 Paula Masterson
 SKILL: Sales & Marketing Manager
Paula Masterson achieved her Advanced Diploma in Sound Engineering at CityVarsity in 2004 with top marks in her specialty, Production and Arrangement. She taught Music in the Sound Department throughout her final year until 2006 while administering CityVarsity’s community projects, including government and corporate sponsored training programs and bursaries.

In her new role as Sales & Marketing Manager, she draws on her experience as a CityVarsity student to continually find new ways to improve the student experience, grow the brand and increase CityVarsity’s participation in the Media and Creative Arts Industries.

 Nancy Fitzgibbon
 SKILL: Operations Manager

Nancy Fitzgibbon joined CityVarsity as receptionist in 2005. She is hardworking person and a team player with a passion for everything she does.

Nancy comes from a sales background including Customer Relationship Consultancy for a high profile Cape Town company. She finds CityVarsity challenging and is enjoying interacting with students and staff.

 Oyama Dyosiba
 SKILL: Brand & Sales Manager
Oyama works as a Brand and Sales Manager CityVarsity Johannesburg. Just before starting his work with CV JHB, Oyama worked with Advertising companies in Sandton as a DTP layout artist. He has a BTech in Multimedia Design and Technology at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and Damelin East London. His other educational background includes Acting for Camera, Scriptwriting for Film and Business Management. He’s additionally works as a Photographic model and does voice over for commercials. Oyama believes in objectivity and observation. He takes his information unbiased and unfiltered, with a twist of fate. He aims to deconstruct and reconstruct media flows in order to highlight that which resides between the lines. Presently he is working towards a better future at 27. His dream is to touch as many lives as possible, imparting his knowledge and skills and to many young people in Africa learn to know, accept and love themselves for who they are because he believes there is nothing more attractive than a confident youth.
